Review:

This place is a metric motorsports superstore.  They sell Motorcycles new and used, ATV's, Jet Ski's and parts and service.  I purchased a 2002 Polaris Sportsman 600 ATV in 2002 and was really happy with the sales and service.  The price they had on those was practically giving them away.  It was so low I got into arguments with Internet unbelievers from other states.  One guy from New Mexico even bought and had one shipped.

I just purchased a used 1998 Buell Thunderbolt S3T from them in March of 2004.  Again the sales staff were great, very low pressure and very willing to negotiate a proper price.  In this particular case I got the bike way below book as Buells just don't sell well at metric shops.  The service department corrected everything I noted before delivery of the bike.  I can't comlain about anything.

Things to note:  If you buy a used bike there will be a $195.00 charge added which covers fixing random things before selling the bike.  When negotiating keep this in mind.  Its not negotiable.

Parts and Sales are separate so the reps can't include parts or gear in the negotiation.

If your local they offer a great warranty program on all their products.  For about $700.00 you get in a "Gold" program where your money is basically in a pot with other members.  This gets you one yearly service per year for three years.  During this three year period your purchase is under Hitching Post warranty.  This means that if something breaks, you bring it to them and they fix it.  The money comes from the "pool" so you need to return to the HP shop.  Not a bad deal especially on ATV's where you get a real short warranty.  Membership also gets you priority in service scheduling.
