Summary: Typical HD Boutique. Used to be more standard but nowadays the boutique is the standard. Good selection of bikes.
Sales: I bought my 2000 FXSTS here in winter of 2000. I worked with a rep named Tony who was very decent. In the past (when I was younger) the sales employees sucked big time. They were rude and treated me like I wasn't serious. Who knows if they've made changes or if it's the fact that there are models on the floor. Anyway I was happier this time. Tony was patient as I couldn't decide between three models, he allowed me plenty of time to look around, re-visit and sit on bikes etc. Just what you'd expect from a good sales rep. In the end I bought my Springer which was one of those $4k over MSRP bikes. The deal with this one was that it had $4K worth of stuff on it so I basically bought the bike + alot of pre-installed stuff. I normally wouldn't be thrilled about this but in their defense the stuff was functional not frilly. Much of it was stuff I would have chosen anyway. Example: Python III pipes, aftermarket seat, better mirrors, grips, pegs etc. When I look at a stock FXSTS I don't feel the least bit sorry I paid the extra.
Parts: From my limited dealing filter,oil, bags etc. The parts dept was decent. They were familiar with my bike and were helpful. Prices seemed typical nothing especially worth saying. They were honest when I asked their opinion on various performance parts. If I asked about something I knew sucked they didn't try to make a sale just because I asked about it.
